To meet the needs of its expanding operations, TDC is currently recruiting for the following positions:

1. Transport and Technical Infrastructure Design Engineer

Number of positions: 05

Job description:

– Carry out design work and produce technical drawings for transport works (bridges and tunnels, roads, technical infrastructure for urban areas and industrial parks, etc.).

  • Perform structural calculations, prepare design documents and take off quantities, ensuring compliance with the technical standards and regulations in force
  • Work with the survey team and related disciplines to collect data and finalise design options

Requirements:

  • A university degree in civil engineering, road and bridge engineering, transport engineering or a related field
  • Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in the design of transport works or technical infrastructure are preferred. (Capable new graduates are also welcome.)
  • Proficient in specialist design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, etc.); familiar with the design standards in force
  • Teamwork skills and the ability to work to demanding schedules; a willingness to learn and to progress at work

2. Surveying Technician:

Number of positions: 03

Job description:

  • Carry out surveying work on site (topographic mapping, determination of boundaries, setting out markers for works, etc.)
  • Operate surveying instruments (total stations, GPS receivers, levels, etc.) to collect accurate data for design and construction
  • Process survey data, prepare as-existing drawings and report survey results to the design team
  • Work with design engineers and the survey manager to check and ensure the accuracy of survey data

Requirements:

  • A vocational, college or university qualification in surveying, cartography, cadastral survey or a related field
  • Candidates with practical working experience in surveying for construction or transport works are preferred
  • Proficient with surveying instruments and equipment; a sound grasp of survey techniques and data processing methods
  • Good health and willing to work in the field; alert, careful and highly responsible
