Ho Chi Minh City Transportation Consulting Joint Stock Company (TDC) is a specialist consultancy in transport and technical infrastructure, in continuous operation since 1997.
Originally a state-owned enterprise established in November 1997 and equitised in 2004, TDC has carried out survey, design and supervision work on expressways, national highways, bridges, coastal roads, inter-port roads and industrial park and urban infrastructure across the southern region of Vietnam. The company operates an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and the LAS-XD HCM.013 construction testing laboratory.
