About the Company

Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City Transportation Consulting Joint Stock Company (TDC).

The company was originally a state-owned enterprise established in November 1997 and equitised in 2004 (then trading as Ba Ria – Vung Tau Transport Construction Investment Consultancy Joint Stock Company). After nearly three decades of growth, TDC is a specialist consultancy in transport and technical infrastructure.

With its mission of “Creating sustainable transport arteries”, TDC works alongside project owners to turn ideas into reality and to help shape modern infrastructure.

Since 18 November 2025, the company has officially operated under the trading name Ho Chi Minh City Transportation Consulting Joint Stock Company.

A note on the company name: Before 18 November 2025 the company operated as Ba Ria – Vung Tau Transport Construction Investment Consultancy Joint Stock Company (abbreviated in some documents as TDC BR-VT). Records, contracts, ISO certificates and laboratory accreditation decisions issued before that date therefore carry the former name. This is the same legal entity; all capabilities, certifications and project experience carry over unchanged to the current name.

Fields of Activity

TDC provides an ecosystem of services in construction investment, in particular for transport works, technical infrastructure and rural development:

• Survey & design — topographic survey (Flycam, GPS RTK) and geotechnical survey; construction investment project preparation, technical design and construction drawing design for roads, bridges and ports, and industrial park and urban infrastructure.
• BIM application — Civil 3D, Revit, InfraWorks and Navisworks in design and project management.
• Supervision & project management — technical construction supervision, construction investment project management, bidding documents.
• Testing & inspection — assessment of material and structural quality; LAS-XD accredited laboratory.
• Electrical design — power lines and substations up to 35kV.

Capabilities & Achievements

A team of experienced masters and engineers, using specialist software including MIDAS, PLAXIS and ANDDesign. TDC has taken part in many key projects:

• Expressways & national highways: the North – South Expressway (Vinh Hao – Phan Thiet, Phan Thiet – Dau Giay), Trung Luong – My Thuan, Bien Hoa – Vung Tau; NH1, NH5, NH51, NH55, NH56.
• Coastal roads & complex ground conditions: the Cai Mep – Thi Vai inter-port road, Road 991B, the Vung Tau – Binh Thuan coastal road (PR.994).
• Urban and industrial park infrastructure: NovaWorld Phan Thiet (approx. 1,000 ha), Xuan Que – Song Nhan Industrial Park, Cai Mep Industrial Park.
