TDC's portfolio in this field ranges from industrial parks of 760 ha, 823 ha and 1,000 ha in Ba Ria – Vung Tau and Dong Nai, through resettlement areas, residential areas and small-industry zones for relocated workshops, to a 1,000 ha tourism complex in Binh Thuan with a 36-hole golf cluster. In many sites the first problem is soft ground: at one industrial park in Cai Mep, the ground-treatment scheme was changed from sand piles with surcharge to vertical drains with vacuum consolidation.

Experience and capability
TDC has taken part in the design of the Cai Mep, Dat Do I, Ong Keo and Xuan Que – Song Nhan industrial parks, the Song Thao industrial cluster and the NovaWorld Phan Thiet complex (about 1,000 ha).
