· Report on production and business results for 2009 and on the investment plan and production targets for 2010;

· Audit report on the 2009 financial statements;

· Report on the activities of the Board of Management and the Board of Supervisors in 2009;

· Report on the remuneration of the Board of Management and the Board of Supervisors for 2009 and the plan for 2010;

· Report on the results of the supplementary share issue to complete the charter capital registered in 2005;

· Submitted to the Meeting for approval:

+ Plan for dividend distribution and appropriation to funds out of 2009 profit, and the plan for 2010;

+ Approval of the Company’s Charter – as amended in 2010 ;

+ Plan to open a Company branch in Hanoi.

+ Election of additional members of the Board of Management and the Board of Supervisors.

Meeting documents: shareholders may collect the documents at the administration department from 1 June 2010, or at the Meeting.
