·Report the results of business operations and the implementation of investment in 2010;

·The audit report on financial statements in 2010;

·Report dividend and appropriate funds  in 2010 and plan 2011;

·Report activity and the remuneration of the board and the supervisory board 2010;

·Program through the General Assembly:

+ Development of investment plans in 2011 and plan to mobilize capital  for development .

Documents for congress: Shareholders you can receive administrative documents in the office from 03/15/2011, or at the congress.

·Suggestions for content should be sent congress in writing of the congress organizing committee before 16h00' March 22, 2011;
