Time and Venue<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Time: 08:00, Saturday, 10 April 2021;<\/li>\n<li>Reception of guests: from 07:30;<\/li>\n<li>Venue: The Company&#8217;s hall, 01G2 Trinh Hoai Duc Street, Ward 7, Vung Tau City.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Agenda<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Report on production and business results for 2020 and the first quarter of 2021, and the orientation and tasks for 2021;<\/li>\n<li>Audited financial statements for 2020;<\/li>\n<li>Report on dividend payment, remuneration of the Board of Management and the Board of Supervisors, and appropriation to funds for 2020, and the plan for 2021;<\/li>\n<li>Report on the activities of the Board of Management and the Board of Supervisors in 2020, and their tasks for 2021.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Participants<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>All shareholders named on the shareholder list closed on 2 April 2021;<\/li>\n<li>Shareholders may authorise another person to attend by completing the power of attorney form (enclosed with the 2021 meeting invitation or downloadable from the Company&#8217;s website http:\/\/tuvangiaothong.com);<\/li>\n<li>An authorised person may not further authorise a third party.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Meeting Documents<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Shareholders may collect the documents from the Meeting Organising Board from 7 April 2021, or at the Meeting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5. Registration to Attend<\/h3>\n<p>To ensure the 2021 Meeting is well organised, shareholders are requested to register their attendance or notify their authorisation to the Organising Board before 09:00 on 8 April 2021 at:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ba Ria \u2013 Vung Tau Transport Construction Investment Consultancy Joint Stock Company, 01G2 Trinh Hoai Duc Street, Ward 7, Vung Tau City;<\/li>\n<li>Or contact directly: Mr T\u1ea1 Kh\u1eafc Trung \u2013 Tel: 0254.3851922.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Shareholders attending the Meeting are requested to bring their ID card\/citizen identity card in order to register.
