Time and Venue<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Time: 15:00, Friday, 25 April 2025;<\/li>\n<li>Venue: The Company&#8217;s hall, 01G2 Phung Chi Kien Street, Ward 7, Vung Tau City.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Agenda<\/h3>\n<p>To hear, discuss and approve the following matters:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Report on production and business results for 2024 and the plan and tasks for 2025;<\/li>\n<li>Audited financial statements for 2024;<\/li>\n<li>Report on dividend payment, remuneration of the Board of Management and the Board of Supervisors, and appropriation to funds for 2024, and the plan for 2025;<\/li>\n<li>Report on the activities of the Board of Management in 2024, and its plan and tasks for 2025;<\/li>\n<li>Report on the activities of the Board of Supervisors in 2024, and its plan and tasks for 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Participants<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The Board of Management;<\/li>\n<li>The Board of Supervisors;<\/li>\n<li>The Board of General Directors;<\/li>\n<li>All shareholders named on the shareholder list closed on 31 March 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Meeting Documents<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The meeting notice and the power of attorney form (for shareholders authorising another person) are sent directly to shareholders and published on the Company&#8217;s website https:\/\/tuvangiaothong.com;<\/li>\n<li>Meeting documents may be collected at the Meeting or are published on the Company&#8217;s website https:\/\/tuvangiaothong.com.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5. Confirmation of Attendance<\/h3>\n<p>To allow thorough preparation for the Meeting and protect shareholders&#8217; interests, shareholders are kindly requested to send their confirmation of attendance, and the power of attorney (if authorising another person), to the Meeting Organising Board before 16:00 on 22 April 2025 at:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ba Ria \u2013 Vung Tau Transport Construction Investment Consultancy Joint Stock Company, 01G2 Phung Chi Kien Street, Ward 7, Vung Tau City;<\/li>\n<li>Or contact directly: Mr T\u1ea1 Kh\u1eafc Trung \u2013 Tel: 0254.3851922.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Shareholders attending the Meeting are requested to bring their citizen identity card (which may be presented via the VNeID app with level-2 electronic identification) in order to register. Authorised persons must present their citizen identity card and the power of attorney when attending the Meeting, together with a copy of the citizen identity card of the authorising shareholder.<\/p>\n<p>Your presence will contribute to the success of the Meeting.
