2. Agenda:<\/P>
\u00b7 Report on production and business results for 2008 \u2013 2012 and development orientations for the 2013 \u2013 2017 period;<\/P>
\u00b7 Audited financial statements for 2012;<\/P>
\u00b7 Report on dividend payment and appropriation to funds for 2012;<\/P>
\u00b7 Report on the remuneration of the Board of Management and the Board of Supervisors for 2012;<\/P>
\u00b7 Report on the activities of the Board of Management and the Board of Supervisors in the 2008-2012 term;<\/P>
\u00b7 Election of the Board of Management and the Board of Supervisors for the 2013 \u2013 2017 term;<\/P>
\u00b7 Emulation and commendation matters,<\/P>
Participants: all shareholders named on the shareholder register closed on 31 March 2013 are entitled to attend;<\/P>
Meeting documents: shareholders may collect the documents from the Meeting Organising Board from 13 April 2013, or at the Meeting;<\/P>
3. Comments on the agenda of the Meeting; candidacy for membership of the Board of Management and the Board of Supervisors:<\/P>
-Comments on the agenda of the Meeting should be sent in writing to the Meeting Organising Board before 18 April 2013;<\/P>
-Applications for candidacy and nomination to the Board of Management and the Board of Supervisors should be sent to the Meeting Organising Board before 18 April 2013,<\/P>
4. Registration and confirmation of attendance at the Meeting:<\/P>
