The Board of Management of Ba Ria \u2013 Vung Tau Transport Construction Investment Consultancy Joint Stock Company respectfully invites shareholders to attend the 2011 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.<\/P><\/p>\n

1. Time, venue and participants<\/h2>\n

\u00b7 Opening time of the Meeting: 14:30 on 23 March 2011<\/P>

Reception of delegates and verification of shareholder status from 14:00 <\/P>

\u00b7 Venue: The Company’s hall<\/P>

\u00b7 Participants: all shareholders named on the shareholder register closed at 16:00 on 22 March 2011 are entitled to attend.<\/P><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Audit report on the 2010 financial statements;<\/P>

\u00b7 Report on dividend distribution and appropriation to funds for 2010 and the plan for 2011;<\/P>

\u00b7 Report on the activities and the remuneration of the Board of Management and the Board of Supervisors in 2010; <\/P>

\u00b7 Submitted to the Meeting for approval:<\/P>

+ Plan for implementing investment in 2011 and the plan for raising investment capital for the projects to be carried out during the year.<\/P>

Meeting documents<\/B>: shareholders may collect the documents at the administration department from 15 March 2011, or at the Meeting.<\/P><\/p>\n

3. Comments on the agenda of the Meeting;<\/h2>\n

\u00b7 Comments on the agenda of the Meeting should be sent in writing to the Meeting Organising Board before 16:00 on 22 March 2011;<\/P><\/p>\n

4. Registration to attend the Meeting:<\/h2>\n

Shareholders are requested to confirm their attendance at the Meeting and to send a power of attorney (where another person is authorised to attend the Meeting) by fax, by telephone or by email: vt@tuvangiaothong.com before 16:00 on 22 March 2011.<\/P>
