2. Agenda of the Meeting:<\/h2>\n

\u00b7 Report on production and business results for 2009 and on the investment plan and production targets for 2010;<\/P>

\u00b7 Audit report on the 2009 financial statements;<\/P>

\u00b7 Report on the activities of the Board of Management and the Board of Supervisors in 2009;<\/P>

\u00b7 Report on the remuneration of the Board of Management and the Board of Supervisors for 2009 and the plan for 2010;<\/P>

\u00b7 Report on the results of the supplementary share issue to complete the charter capital registered in 2005;<\/P>

\u00b7 Submitted to the Meeting for approval:<\/P>

+ Plan for dividend distribution and appropriation to funds out of 2009 profit, and the plan for 2010;<\/P>

+ Approval of the Company’s Charter \u2013 as amended in 2010 ;<\/P>

+ Plan to open a Company branch in Hanoi.<\/P>

+ Election of additional members of the Board of Management and the Board of Supervisors.<\/P>

Meeting documents<\/B>: shareholders may collect the documents at the administration department from 1 June 2010<\/st1>, or at the Meeting.<\/P><\/p>\n
