This is a noble reward for the enterprise’s efforts in production and business and for its active contribution to the transport development of Ba Ria \u2013 Vung Tau Province over 14 years of establishment and growth.<\/P> The provincial Transport Construction Investment Consultancy Company was founded in 1997 and converted into a joint stock company in 2004. In its first years the enterprise had only 7 employees and had to rent its office, but through the efforts of its officers and staff the company overcame these difficulties and strove continuously to become one of the leading consultancy enterprises in the fields of technical infrastructure, urban development and transport.<\/P> Today, with a team of more than 70 engineering masters, engineers and highly skilled specialists, together with modern equipment, the company is able to provide consultancy for almost all large-scale and complex transport works, not only within Ba Ria \u2013 Vung Tau Province but also in other provinces and cities. Alongside the continuous growth of its workforce, the Company has also built a stable head office and equipped itself with advanced survey, testing and inspection machinery and equipment, ensuring high-quality products across its consultancy fields, such as: topographic and geotechnical survey, project preparation, design of transport and irrigation works, construction supervision, construction quality inspection, planning, and construction of transport, civil and industrial works and water supply and drainage pipelines\u2026<\/P> With a well-directed business strategy, over 14 years of operation the turnover of the provincial Transport Construction Investment Consultancy Joint Stock Company has consistently grown strongly. Revenue has exceeded VND 20 billion every year since 2007; profit, which was only VND 450 million in 2005, had risen to VND 1.920 billion by 2010; the average income of employees, only VND 3.2 million per person per month in 2004, reached VND 8 million per person per month in 2010; and payments to the state budget rose from VND 351 million in 2005 to more than VND 3 billion in 2010.<\/P> Alongside its efforts to achieve results in production and business, Transport Construction Investment Consultancy Joint Stock Company has always paid attention to social activities, regularly taking part in fundraising and in supporting policy beneficiary families, families of war invalids and martyrs, the poor, people with disabilities and victims of natural disasters, with contributions amounting to hundreds of millions of dong.<\/P> On the Company’s business development strategy, Mr Ki\u1ec1u Anh M\u1eadn, Chairman of the Board of Management and General Director, said that, in addition to continuing to consolidate and build on its traditional strengths, with survey and design consultancy as its core field, and paying particular attention to the reputation, quality and brand of BR-VT transport consultancy as the foundation for long-term development, the Company has been preparing to invest in five projects: the TDC industrial service area behind Cai Mep \u2013 Thi Vai port; the Rach Chanh quarry; an apartment building combined with offices on 3\/2 Street, Vung Tau City; the TDC \u2013 Tan Hai residential area; and a joint investment in the Long Son inland port.<\/P> For its efforts over 14 years of establishment and growth, Transport Construction Investment Consultancy Joint Stock Company has received many noble awards from the State, central ministries and sectors, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People’s Committee.
