Shareholders wishing to transfer or to acquire shares, who have changed or not yet provided their address and ID card number, or whose details on the share ownership certificate are incorrect, are requested to contact the Administration and Human Resources Department of Ba Ria \u2013 Vung Tau Transport Construction Investment Consultancy Joint Stock Company to have their details corrected before 16:00 on 1 June 2010.<\/P>

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 In order to protect their interests, all shareholders are requested to observe the deadline set out in this notice. The Company will not process, and accepts no responsibility for, any transfer of the Company’s shares after 16:00 on 1 June 2010.<\/P>
