{"id":1412,"date":"2012-04-17T08:00:00","date_gmt":"2012-04-17T01:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tuvangiaothong.bzz.vn\/general-minimum-wage-effective-1-may-2012\/"},"modified":"2012-04-17T08:00:00","modified_gmt":"2012-04-17T01:00:00","slug":"general-minimum-wage-effective-1-may-2012","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tuvangiaothong.com\/en\/general-minimum-wage-effective-1-may-2012\/","title":{"rendered":"General Minimum Wage Effective from 1 May 2012"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>General Minimum Wage Effective from 1 May 2012<\/p>\n<p>13 April 2012, 8:11 GMT+7<\/p>\n<p>On 12 April 2012, Prime Minister Nguy\u1ec5n T\u1ea5n D\u0169ng signed to promulgate Government Decree No. <a href=\"http:\/\/datafile.chinhphu.vn\/file-remote-v2\/DownloadServlet?filePath=vbpq\/2012\/04\/31ND.pdf\">31\/2012\/N\u0110-CP<\/a> stipulating the general minimum wage.<\/p>\n<p>Under the Decree, the general minimum wage, effective from 1 May 2012, is VND 1,050,000 per month.<\/p>\n<p>The general minimum wage stipulated in the above Decree applies to officials, public servants, public employees, persons in the armed forces and workers working at: State agencies, armed forces, political organisations, socio-political organisations; State public service units, public service units of political organisations and socio-political organisations; one-member limited liability companies in which the State is the sole owner, organised and operating under the Law on Enterprises.<\/p>\n<p>The Decree takes effect from 1 June 2012. The provisions of the Decree are applied retrospectively from 1 May 2012.
